Waste Management Program

Safe Drug Drop-Off Program
The Safe Drug Drop-Off Program is available through a partnered effort of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and the Los Angeles County Departments of Public Health and Public Works. The program allows residents to safely and anonymously surrender any unused or expired prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, “SHARPS” (needles), or any other controlled substances at the designated locations below, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
